I’m going to be honest here…I am quite new to the food/recipe blogging world, and the food world in general. I actually have never been interested in cooking until quite recently when I decided to make a change to a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
I’ve spent a lot of time reading and researching about nutrition and healthy diets (NOT the ‘fad’ kind, but the sustainable, wholesome lifestyle ‘diets’), and although I’ve found quite a few healthy recipes on basic sites, I’m a lot more interested in the creativity with food that I’ve seen on Instagram. With that being said, here is a list of my favorite healthy food Instagram accounts…I can’t wait to try out some of these amazing recipes!
