Welcome to the first of many more fitness outfit posts (and fitness informational posts) to come! If you haven’t already noticed, I’ve been getting really into fitness and nutrition lately–I honestly think it is so interesting and I’ve been researching these topics for a while now in my free time (I know, I’m actually such a dork). But, of course, the fashionista inside me cannot contain herself and whenever there is an opportunity to explore a new genre of clothing you KNOW I am ALL over that. And so my addiction to activewear was born (check out my post on my favorite activewear brands here if you haven’t already)!
Let’s just say I’m a sucker for comfortable, cute prints and materials, and that’s where Beach House Sport comes in. No matter how adorable, I seriously cannot wear it unless its comfortable because it just ruins my workout, especially if it involves a fear of falling out of my adorable, but CLEARLY impractical sports bra. Beach House Sport has PRACTICAL, yet still super cute fitness pieces that I think transition nicely from the gym to the street without making me look like a hobo.
Love doing lunges in the middle of the sidewalk. Everyone, you’re in my way. These leggings feel like I’m sitting on air, but also they’re adorable. I think I will just wear them everywhere from now on….
If you like to exercise outdoors at any chance you can like me, you will love this top. It is so warm, yet breathable and it’s perfect to go for a jog in if it’s on the cool side out. It also has these awesome thumb holes which I not only happen to think are kinda cute, but also are super convenient and add a layer of warmth to your hands!
And, of course, all newly sprung activewear addictions go hand in hand with a Nike sneaker addiction. How can there be so many pairs and how can they all be so cute? I love these because they are sleek enough to wear out casually even when I’m not working out! They will probably be my new go-to airport shoes. They look pretty cool with leggings.
