There are two things I notice about a man when he first walks into a room: his shoes and his watch. I have previously written an article on how a pair of shoes can make or break a guy’s game, and I have to say that the same goes for the watch. A watch is both a luxury and a staple. A watch has inherent utility, but also shows the amount of class and style a man has–whether he likes it or not. A good watch can be a man’s partner in crime–an investment in his career, his image, and, ultimately, his self. As a woman, there is nothing sexier than a sexy accessory of the wrist variety. On the other hand, a nerdy, cheap-looking watch (no matter how expensive it actually is), in my opinion, can be devastating to a man’s potential. You know that moment when you look at a guy, and you think, ‘wow, he’s really attractive,’ and then you glance at his wrist and think, ‘wow, what a shame’? Sometimes men just need a little help, so listen up, boys:
Victorinox’s I.N.O.X. is the perfect companion for a man who is professional, sharp, and classy. This watch is timeless (no pun intended)–the sleek, (masculine) design is sexy and appealing not only to your boss and coworkers, but also to that girl you’ve been stalking all night from across the bar (show her your wrist, dude!). So, for the love of all things wrist-watchy, boys, invest in a watch that actually makes you look like you know what you’re doing–whatever you’re doing (rock climbing, swimming–this thing can survive anything–apparently able to withstand a fall of 10 m, being repeatedly driven over by 64-ton tank, or spending two hours at 90° in a washing machine). Look, it’s your call, but I’m usually right.
