Lately I feel like my fall uniform has consisted of some kind of black, leather and a pop of color. This amazing hand-beaded sequin jacket from one of my new favorite brands, New Friends Colony, is the perfect addition to my simple black uniform to really make an effortless pop of unique-chic. Yup, I just made up that word and I like it so I will use it again. This jacket dresses up a casual outfit, but can also go with a fancier ensemble (think New Years Eve ideas!).

I love the combo of the more feminine, delicate look of the sequin jacket with these vegan leather leggings. I think the fringed bag gives it an unexpected pop of boho that really rounds out the aesthetic of the outfit.

And, of course, I had to add this lovely Vanessa Mooney body chain. This thing goes with anything–I’ve worn it with two-piece sets, more casual looks, and of course, with bikinis.
